Hooray For Alpha Release

Tumblweed is a desktop client for Tumblr built on Adobe’s Air and Flash.

Alpha Release Features:
1. Create any sort of posts from your desktop (with the exception of Vimeo uploads).

2. View Your Posts on a mini dashboard!

3. Drag and drop photo uploads

4. Progress bars for audio and photo uploads so you don’t have to wonder how long it will take anymore :)

5. Built in updating so you can get new versions of the software as Tumblr builds out their API (hint hint Tumblr).

…. pretty sparse, I know. But it could be the foundation for some cool stuff.
